Our tradition in coffee roasting dates back to 1950, when Vasco Bernini founded Torrefazione Mokaflor in the heart of Florence. It is a family tradition, started by Vasco and handed down to his children, reaching today the third generation. The company has evolved from a small shop born in the heart of Florence to an international enterprise.
Today, Mokaflor exports to more than 30 countries around the world, with three product lines, from the one dedicated to classic Italian espresso blends roasted in single origin (Mokaflor line) to the Chiaroscuro single origins line, up to the most recent Specialty line, Caffèlab.
