The award-winning Company, Fiore, has always helped write the history of the typical cakes and biscuits of Sienese tradition. A history covering just on two centuries, which over the years has become part of the very culture of the city of Siena. Since 1827, Fiore has been promoting the authentic flavours of a land strongly linked to its century-old traditions which are at the roots of a lifestyle, and play an essential role in the promotion of Siena and its products in Italy and the rest of the world. Scrupulous research in the high-quality cake and biscuit sector that has put Panforte (a sort of gingerbread) and Ricciarelli (soft almond biscuits) on the map, with the awarding of the PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) by the European Union.

In addition to having been the first city in Italy to receive the PGI in the cake and biscuits industry in 2010 with the certification of the Ricciarelli, Siena is the only city in the world to have two IGP awards linked to two products of its own tradition, and Fiore can proudly boast three IGP awards, with the certification of the Cantuccini Toscani (dry almond biscuits), another excellence of a region that is the feather in the cap of our country.
