Our story doesn’t begin in a distillery. It begins on the slopes of Mount Pratomagno, a place where time still flows to the rhythm of the seasons and nature retains the privilege of deciding when to bestow its fruits. It is here that, as mountain and distilling enthusiasts, we found our true identity: amidst the intense scent of wild juniper, the breeze from the ridges, and the silence that accompanies each harvest.
We didn’t set out to produce a Gin, a Vermouth, and a Bitter.
We decided to express our land through its most authentic scents.
