The site www.madeintuscany.it, the site www.tastetuscany.it and both also accessible from the site www. madeintuscany.it and from every other site managed by MiT are managed by the company Michele Lazzaro Communiction Consultancy & NextOpen Multimedia.

In particular, the companies Michele Lazzaro Communiction Consultancy & NextOpen Multimedia are joint data controllers for all the data collected through the Network MiT for the purposes specified hereinafter.

With express consent, which may be provided to MiT through the section of the MiT privacy policy, the data provided voluntarily by the user or legally acquired by MiT according to the procedures specified hereinafter may be communicated to Michele Lazzaro Communiction Consultancy & NextOpen Multimedia both in its capacity as independent Data Controller and in its capacity as Data Supervisor for the purposes specified hereinafter.

These guidelines for conduct in the field of privacy (the “Privacy Policy”) apply to the website www.madeintuscany.it, the Network MiT, including the site www.tastetuscany.it, and refer to the processing of personal data by MiT when users access the Site and interact with the services and functions offered by the Site.

The Privacy Policy was drawn up in compliance with Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Work Group for the Protection of Personal Data – Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requirements for the online collection of data in the European Union, and moreover constitutes notice of the privacy policy to the interested parties pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (the “Data Protection Code”).

MiT, in its capacity as owner of the dominion names which include those at the address https://www.madeintuscany.it, or rather at the Network Made in Tuscany, uses the Site not only as a means of providing information on the activities and/or products related to the MiT group, but also as a tool for the collection of personal data.

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Code, MiT, in their capacity as Joint Data Controllers (hereinafter the “Joint Controllers”) provide the following privacy policy notice regarding the processing both of the personal data of the users who merely visit the Site (data inherent to navigation) and of those who spontaneously send their data in e-mail messages and/or by filling out specific forms in order to access reserved sections within the Site or to receive newsletters from the Data Controller.

This privacy policy notice is in any case valid only for the Site and for the activities performed by the company MiT or by the company Michele Lazzaro Communiction Consultancy & NextOpen Multimedia also through their own data supervisors, and does not cover other websites which the user may access via links and/or activities engaged in by third parties
