The Silva is a family-run organic farm of 27 hectares, of which 2 of olive trees of olive seggianese with which we produce the delicious organic olive oil, 3 of Sangiovese and Merlot vineyards from which we produce our Opera Doc Montecucco, spotting 17 medieterranea and holm oak and oak forest, the rest is in organic arable.
The estate overlooks the Val d’Orcia in a sheltered, sunny and with a beautiful view.

Where in TuscanyOpera is a wine made from Sangiovese grapes almost pure, vine in Tuscany expresses its best qualities and characteristics, especially in high Montecucco which manifests itself in a clear manner all its intensity and longevity. It ‘a wine that loves to accompany salami, pecorino cheese, red meat and by game typical of our province.
From our biological olive we scale seggianesi get through cold pressing, about 10 tons of olive oil a year, certified by the Soil and Health Ltd Our oil has a mild flavor, low acidity, is rich in polyphenols and goes well also with the fish.
