Casa Bistino farm is managed by the Zampi family. It is nestled in the green, rolling hills of Tuscany and has about 50 acres of olive trees, vineyards, woods and fields. It is set in a peaceful and panoramic location, only 1 km from the village of Ambra. The farm of Casa Bistino, following the tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation, produces excellent red and white wines, enjoyed by its guests and wine enthusiasts alike. The location of its vineyards in the hills of Chianti and the process of vinification which is carried out in accordance with the strict regulations which are imposed in the Chianti area mean that the red wine has been given the prestigious label of Chianti D.O.C.G., which proves its excellence.
In the months of November and December, when the cold is biting and the days are short, we collect the olives. The result is the precious extra virgin olive oil.
